Delegate Criss moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §15-2A-2 and §15-2A-6 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, relating to disability service credit for certain law-enforcement officers employed by the West Virginia State Police; defining disability service; providing one-half service credit for periods of disability service for calculating years of service for retirement purposes.”
